1. Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in a 50% (may change) cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
2. No-Show Policy:
- If a client fails to arrive at the designated pick-up location without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
3. Changes to Reservations:
- Changes to reservations, including pick-up/drop-off locations, times, or vehicle types, are subject to availability.
- Changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may incur additional fees.
4. Weather and Other Unforeseen Circumstances:
- We understand that certain circumstances, such as severe weather or emergencies, may necessitate a cancellation.
- In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your reservation or provide a refund, subject to our discretion.
5. How to Cancel or Change a Reservation:
- To cancel or change a reservation, please contact our customer service team at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
6. Refunds:
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within business days.
7. Additional Terms:
- This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
